What We Do
Greenfield CSW offers a variety of engaging science programs designed to meet the needs and interests of diverse learners:
Tinker Time Drop-In Program
A free, open-ended science space where children and families explore projects of their choosing in a safe, inclusive, and culturally welcoming environment. With over 250 sessions each year, Tinker Time supports over 7,500 individual science experiences.
Through partnerships with local school districts, we provide classroom visits, science kits, and field trips that reach more than 20,000 students annually in Greenfield and Soledad.
ScienceMobile (Ciencia Ambulante)
Our traveling museum brings interactive exhibits to schools across South Monterey County, delivering more than 6,400 hands-on science experiences each year to towns like Chualar, Gonzales, Soledad, King City, and more.
Greenfield Bike Garage
Offering free repairs for bikes, skateboards, and scooters, the Bike Garage hosts weekly sessions and large-scale events in seven towns, restoring over 660 items in the past year alone.
