About the Report
The Major Projects Report is an evolving document created by the Community Development Department. Originally an internal document to track development activity in the city, it is now a publicly available document which highlights large projects in the city. The report is broken down into sections, including advanced planning, housing, cannabis, commercial, economic development, completed projects, acres of interest, and nuisance properties. This report includes projects at various stages of completion, with some nearing building permit issuance, others beginning construction, and completed projects.
